Our Expert Delivery Service

Our delivery service means much more than putting your furniture in a truck and bringing it to you. Prior to delivery, every item is unpacked, inspected and carefully prepared by our in-house technicians. Your furniture is then loaded onto our customized delivery vehicles. It is covered and secured for the journey to your home.

A representative will call you the day before your scheduled delivery day to confirm your delivery. For your convenience, we will give you a courtesy two-hour time frame to expect your delivery. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact our Customer Support Department at least 48 hours in advance at: 1-888-696-SERV (7378).

Your Roomful Express delivery professionals will not enter a residence unaccompanied. A responsible person, 18 years or older, must be home to accept the delivery. There must be a clear path from the street to the entrance of your residence or the delivery may not be able to be completed. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal of snow, ice, debris and other obstacles.

“For a Perfect Fit” your sales associate will provide a WALK-THE-PATH tape measure to assure your home’s space dimensions accommodate your new furniture dimensions.

Rooms should be cleared ahead of time where your new furniture will be placed. Our drivers cannot remove or move existing furniture and are unable to remove doors, perform any carpentry work, lift or hoist over banisters or other obstructions or utilize windows as a means of entry to deliver merchandise.

When the delivery team arrives, they will set your furniture wherever you wish. For many pieces, minor assembly, such as attaching pre-drilled mirrors and chair legs or inserting drawers, is also included as part of our service. Ready to assemble and unassembled furniture is not included.

Once your new furniture has been carefully set in your home, our delivery professionals will call our Corporate Center to allow you to speak directly with one of our customer support specialists to ensure that you are happy with the results of your delivery. We want to know how we did and there is no better way to find out than by talking directly with you moments after the delivery.

Pickup

Pick up is available at the store for floor samples, lamps, accessories, mattresses and small items stocked at the store. All other items are available for pick up at our Distribution Center.

Please inspect your furniture carefully upon pick up. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after pick up.

Roomful Express provides a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery or pickup onall furniture maintained in its original condition.

Upon expiration of the 30 day period, merchandise is not eligible for return.


HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

  • Call our customer support department within 30 days to report your furniture concerns.
  • Roomful Express will send a professionally trained furniture technician to your home to remedy quality questions that you may have.
  • If you are not satisfied with the results, we will make every reasonable attempt to resolve the problem.
  • If it remains unresolved, we will take back your furniture as long as it is in original condition and refund your money. (Delivery fees excluded from refund).

Exceptions: Not valid on mattresses, box springs or clearance merchandise which is sold “As Is”.

Roomful Express One Year Limited Warranty

Buying at Roomful Express includes a “One Year Limited Warranty” on all purchases. This warranty provides to the original purchaser that any new furniture purchased at Roomful Express will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery or pick up of your merchandise.

Within the warranty period, we will repair the product free of charge. This warranty is for repair only. Exchange may be considered only if furniture has been in your home less than 30 days and only after our furniture technician has been given the opportunity to correct the defect in your home.

The Roomful Express one year limited warranty is our way of reassuring you that we will take care of you. It works in conjunction with our 30 day satisfaction guarantee to form the strongest warranty package of any furniture retailer.

Exceptions:

  • Although all of our regular line-up merchandise is covered by the One Year Limited Warranty, there are circumstances in which certain merchandise will not be covered:
  • Merchandise that has been subject to misuse (such as merchandise found to be in soiled condition), abuse, negligence, accidents, fire or other acts of God.
  • Defect or damage directly caused by unauthorized repair and/or the use of unauthorized replacement parts or service performed by unauthorized personnel.
  • Wearability or colorfastness of fabrics or covers.
  • Merchandise which has been marked and sold “As Is” (this includes all clearance and closeout merchandise).
  • Clearance Merchandise
  • Merchandise reduced in price and sold as clearance is sold
  • “As Is”, without warranties and service. This merchandise must be paid for in full and picked up within three days or the order may be cancelled and released for sale.

Special Orders

Special orders are non-cancellable and must be paid in full at point of sale.

Delivery of all special order products must be scheduled within two weeks of arrival to our warehouse.

120% Price Guarantee

If you find a lower price at another full-service local retailer on the identical merchandise under the same terms of sale and the price difference can be verified with a written price quote or printed advertisement, we will credit the price difference plus an additional 20% of the difference to you for up to 30 days after receipt of your merchandise.

If all other terms of the sale remain the same and the item you purchased at Roomful Express goes on sale within 30 days of delivery, we will credit you the difference. Price difference cannot be credited if you received special finance terms on the original purchase. Finance terms cannot be changed from original purchase terms.

Refunds

All refund checks are issued within 10 business days by our Corporate Office only. NO CASH REFUNDS. Refunds on bank cards are credited to the bank card used for payment.
