How Do I Order?

 

To purchase furniture online, please follow the steps below:

  • Setup an account with our online store, or login if you already have an account.
  • Browse or search our online store, add items you are interested in to your shopping cart
  • When you have everything you want, go through our quick and easy checkout, confirm your order, and a customer support representative will follow-up with you on delivery / pick-up details.

If you wish to simply browse and come into one of our store locations, please follow the steps below:

  • Browse or search our catalog. Click the item that you are interested in.
  • Print out the page with the item's details on it. This will print out all the required information.
  • Take the printed profile to a Roomful Express location and a sales associate will be happy to help you.

Our Expert Delivery Service

Our delivery service means much more than putting your furniture in a truck and bringing it to you. Prior to delivery, every item is unpacked, inspected and carefully prepared by our in-house technicians. Your furniture is then loaded onto our customized delivery vehicles. It is covered and secured for the journey to your home.

A representative will call you the day before your scheduled delivery day to confirm your delivery. For your convenience, we will give you a courtesy two-hour time frame to expect your delivery. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact our Customer Support Department at least 48 hours in advance at: 1-888-696-SERV (7378).

Your Roomful Express delivery professionals will not enter a residence unaccompanied. A responsible person, 18 years or older, must be home to accept the delivery. There must be a clear path from the street to the entrance of your residence or the delivery may not be able to be completed. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal of snow, ice, debris and other obstacles.

“For a Perfect Fit” your sales associate will provide a WALK-THE-PATH tape measure to assure your home’s space dimensions accommodate your new furniture dimensions.

Rooms should be cleared ahead of time where your new furniture will be placed. Our drivers cannot remove or move existing furniture and are unable to remove doors, perform any carpentry work, lift or hoist over banisters or other obstructions or utilize windows as a means of entry to deliver merchandise.

When the delivery team arrives, they will set your furniture wherever you wish. For many pieces, minor assembly, such as attaching pre-drilled mirrors and chair legs or inserting drawers, is also included as part of our service. Ready to assemble and unassembled furniture is not included.

Once your new furniture has been carefully set in your home, our delivery professionals will call our Corporate Center to allow you to speak directly with one of our customer support specialists to ensure that you are happy with the results of your delivery. We want to know how we did and there is no better way to find out than by talking directly with you moments after the delivery.

Refunds and Returns

Any return of merchandise for a refund is subject to inspection by Roomful Express to ensure merchandise is returned in its original condition. Original condition includes, but is not limited to: no signs of wear and tear, scratches, nicks, stains, pet hair, smoke damage or missing parts. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by your sales receipt. Merchandise in your home longer than 30 days cannot be returned.

All refund checks are issued within 10 business days by our Corporate Office only. NO CASH REFUNDS. Refunds on bank cards are credited to the bank card used as payment.

30 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee

OUR GOAL IS YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION. Roomful provides a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery or pickup on all furniture maintained in its original condition. Upon expiration of 30 day period, merchandise is not eligible for return.

Exceptions: Not valid on mattress, box springs or clearance merchandise which is sold "as-is".

Here's how it works:

  • Call our Customer Support Department within 30 days to report your furniture concerns.
  • Roomful Express will send a professionally trained furniture technician to your home to remedy quality questions that you may have.
  • If you are not satisfied with the results, we will make every reasonable attempt to resolve the problem.
  • If it remains unresolved, we will take back your furniture as long as it is in original condition and refund your money. (Delivery fees excluded from refund)

Furniture Care

Accidents do happen. These tips will help you safely spot clean fabrics.

  • Always blot from the outside to the center of a spot. Doing so will control the spread of a spill.
  • Test your fabric in a hidden area to make sure the color doesn’t come off with the stain, or that a ring is not caused by the cleaning agent.
  • If the spot is liquid, use an absorbent white cloth or white paper towel to gently blot up the excess.
  • If the spot is solid material, remove the excess by lifting it off with a dull table knife or spoon.
  • Never rub, scrub, or brush a spill.
  • Never use strong chemicals such as bleach, solvents, or acids unless they are recommended by a specialist.
  • Never use sudsy detergents, as they leave a soapy residue that attracts dirt.
  • Don’t use tap water. Use distilled water or plain seltzer water. Minerals in common tap water can cause rings, even on treated fabrics.
  • Avoid commercially available furniture cleansers. Most foster rapid resoilng.

Cleaning Codes

Code “S” Cleaning Instructions
Professional cleaning is recommended. Cleaning personnel should be told to clean this fabric with pure solvents only and should be cautioned that using water-based or detergent-based cleaners may cause water stains or excessive shrinking. Water stains may become permanent and impervious to solvent cleaning agents. To prevent surface soil, vacuum or brush regularly to remove dust and grime.

Code “W” Cleaning Instructions
Professional cleaning is recommended. Clean this fabric with water-based agents or foams to remove overall soil and caution cleaning personnel that many cleaning agents are harmful to the color and life of fabric. To prevent surface soil, vacuum or brush regularly to remove dust and grime.

Code “SW” Cleaning Instructions
Professional cleaning is recommended. Clean this fabric with water-based agents, foam, or pure solvents. To prevent surface soil, vacuum or brush regularly to remove dust and grime.

Code “X” Cleaning Instructions
This fabric only requires light brushing or vacuuming to prevent accumulation of dust and grime.
