Flat fee of $60.00 plus tax that gives you one hour of service. 
$30.00 plus tax for each additional half hour.

Bedding Inspection - Bedding Warranty Report


Sealy, IBC, Simmons and Tempurpedic all require that you have an inspection report if you are filling out a warranty claim.

Bedding inspection is $35.00.

Item Replacement/Exchange


We do not replace items or exchange items, except items covered by our own warranty and exchange program.

Parts ordering


In approximately 75% of cases when working on out-of-warranty/older furniture, repairs can be made during the first 1 hour visit.

If it is discovered that unique parts (such as a specific fabric) are needed to complete the repair, we can order them for you. We will call you with a quote on the cost of ordering the parts before we order them. Payment is due prior to ordering.

Typical part costs are $25-$75 in most cases. Delivery of parts is generally 6-8 weeks. If you want to install the parts yourself they will be mailed to you. If you would like us to install them we can send a craftsman to install them at the same price as typical service.

In some cases the manufacturer of your furniture may no longer be in business and unique parts may no longer be available.
